In 2018, when designing the first restaurant, Mr. Fu and I sat by The Bund, discussing the idea of earning Michelin stars for Min cuisine.
In 2023, the design for the second restaurant was completed.
Now, in its first two months of operation, it has earned a place among Asia's top 50.
Here's to hoping this restaurant can earn two stars this year~⭐⭐
